Drawn on 27 March 2013. I prefer the old terminology ie, 'job club' to the new stuff, ie, 'skills conditionality' and 'The Government Work Programme'. The Cyber Mermaid is attending a college for 8 weeks since the first week of signing on. There is alot of ticking of boxes and the signing and dating of every sheet of paper used.
